Hen Parties take many forms. Ours is truly wild! We will spend time in the fields, woods and hedgerows looking for wild safe food. In season we will learn to make Beech Leaf Gin, Nettle scones or Rose Petal Ice Cream. We will find plants, seeds and nuts to make delicious treat and our guests take part in a Wild Bake Off!
We will provide, tips, recipes, sampling and much more.
There is always a lovely surprise for the Hen!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Cost 85.00 per person – includes a welcoming glass of Prosecco – minimum of 10 guests
- Start 12 Noon Introductory Talk and light
refreshments - 12.30 PM Out into the fields, woods and meadows
to forage - 2.00 PM Organic Three Course Lunch
- 3.00PM Make up, cook up, prepare what we have
found - Guests take home what they prepare
- Baskets provided
- Wear appropriate outdoor clothing
- Finish 4.00 PM
